Size of the company
We believe to be known more from the size of our cheque book rather than the number of staff we have on our rolls. We inspire our self with Companies like Berkshire Hathaway (belongs to Warren Buffet the richest man in the world. His company has assets many times the size of reliance) but works with less than 100 employees.

Presently Marketopper has 40 people on its roles, & soon we plan to increase our strength to 60. We operate our office from Udyog Vihar , Gurgaon.

Training
The new recruit is placed under experienced analysts and is made aware of various disciplines like Technical Analysis, current Indian and International markets etc. First year is only training period.
